Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of our Current Account and Savings Account services.
Develop strategies to attract and retain CASA deposits.
Support and guide our team to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience in banking, preferably with knowledge of CASA products.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to achieve goals and improve efficiency.
