Job Description
We are seeking for experience and motivated Agency development manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network
- Recruit, train, and support new and existing agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Monitor agency performance and provide feedback to ensure targets are met
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep agencies updated on products and services
Candidate requirements:-
- Candidate should be local.
- Experience :- mini 2 -3 years of experience in field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age :- 21 -38 years
