Job Description

We are seeking for inside sales manager who has clear experience in sales and manage the team!

Responsibilities:-

• Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop lead generation strategies.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Candidate requirements:-

• Candidate should be local.
• Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
• Age:-21 -38 years
