Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.

Candidate requirements:-

• Candidate should be local
• Experience:- field sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
• Age : 21 -38 years
• Qualifications: Any graduate/ post graduate
