We Are Looking For Branch Customer Sales & service manager

Job Description:-

– Developing a close working relationship with the Bank channel partners.

– Sales team hitting sales goals in accordance with the channel plan; and arranging meetings with potential clients to present insurance solutions.

– Since this is a sales position, there may be a need to travel locally to meet clients or customers at the location of a channel partner.

– Offering pre- and post-purchase assistance (claim settlement, for example).

– Ensuring consistency and quality of business (premium renewals)

– Making the newest digital platforms available to the channel sales team

Candidate profile:-

-A bachelor’s degree, regardless of subject area.

— It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.

-Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

-Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.

-Leadership and team management skills.

-¬Concentrated on the customer.
