Job Description:-

• Agent recruitment and management: Locate, hire, and oversee advisers in the appropriate place.

• Educate and inspire advisers to give a deeper comprehension of the market and products. Track and evaluate the performance of the agent.

• Assist them in generating the most revenue.

• Regularly meet with customers in order to achieve standards carrying out a sales plan By using market segmentation, expand the market’s reach and penetration.

• Find Insurance Advisers and Offer Advice, Inspiration, Ideas, and Lead Generation.

Candidate profile:-

-A bachelor’s degree, regardless of subject area.

— It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.

-Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

-Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.

-Leadership and team management skills.
