Job Description
We are hiring for Direct relationship manager who can make easily direct relations with customers and co- members.
Duties & responsibilities:-
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients, contributing to business growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
Candidate requirements:-
- Candidate should be local
- Experience :- 2- 3 years in field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age :- 21 -38 years
