Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Cross-Selling: Introduce customers to other banking products such as Fixed Deposits and Insurance to meet their financial goals.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for CASA account acquisition and cross-selling activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently towards achieving sales targets.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and services.
