Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Relationship manager who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sale target.

 Role & responsibility  

• Sales targets. Lead, Train and manage a team.
• Train bank staff on products & sales techniques
• Analyse data & trends to identify sales opportunities
• Set & achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Generate and convert leads for corporate business.

Required Candidate profile 

• Graduate
• Age Limit : 22- 32 year
• Exp:  1 to 4 Years in Core Sales and Marketing in the Banking & Insurance domain
• Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations and products (life & bfsi).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership skills; ability to work effectively under pressure.

CTC 2.75 to 3.5 LP + incentive + bonus
