Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Reach out to potential customers by phone and email in order to create new business prospects.

• Screen leads and schedule sales team meetings and demos.

• Maintain and strengthen ties with current customers to guarantee their pleasure and loyalty.

• Work together with the sales staff to accomplish objectives.

• Hold training sessions to make sure sales people are capable of explaining the advantages of the product.

• To keep precise records of sales activity and customer data, use CRM software.

• To spot new opportunities, keep up of competition activity and market trends.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
