Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our sales team. As an Associate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives!

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach new customers and expand existing customer relationships
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts

Candidate requirements:-

  • Any graduate
  • Any local candidate
  • Experience:- field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
  • Age:- 21-38 years
