Job Description

Achieve targeted business results in the agency vertical through effective translation of the business strategy into Branch Plans. Provide leadership and motivation to the Branch team towards raising of performance standards, and be a valuable resource to the Company.

Key responsibilities :

. Driving sales and achieving the sales target of self and the team of BDMs.

. Recruitment of Advisor.

. Training of Advisor.

. Motivating and guiding the team.

. Drive sales and achieve goal sheet target.

. Motivating and guiding BDMs to achieve targets.

– On Roll and Permanent Employee from Day 1.

– Every 6 Months Hike and Promotion.

– Fast Track Promotions.

– Lowest Targets in the Industry.

Requirement candidate :

. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales

– Maximum CTC : 3.8lpa

– Age Limit : 21 to 38 Years
