Bancassurance Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Manager who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead, Train and manage a team Role Responsibilities:

– Drive sales through the Banca Channel by engaging with bank branch managers and staff.

– Promote and sell insurance products to bank customers through effective sales pitches and presentations.

– Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

– Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

– Track and report on sales performance and market conditions.

Requirements:

– Any Bachelor’s degree

– At least 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or banking sector.

– Strong negotiation and closing skills.

– Excellent customer service orientation.

CTC 3.00 LPA to 3.5 LPA + incentive + bonus
