Job Description

Channel sales managers establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts. They identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.

Roles and Responsibility :

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies

– Provide training and support to agency partners

– Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability

– Analyze market trends and identify opportunities

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans

– Deep knowledge of the insurance industry

– Excellent leadership and communication skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

– Develop trusting Relationship among the team and client

Candidate Requirement :

– Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing

– Qualification – Graduation mandatory

– CTC : Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit

– AGE : 21 to 38 Years
