Job Description
Our organization is seeking for highly motivated and results-driven Agency Development Representative who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agencies and brokers to grow our business and increase revenue!
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow agency relationships and increase sales revenue
- Identify and pursue new agency partnerships and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve agency issues and improve sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any local candidate
- Any graduate /post graduate
- Age :- 21- 38 years
