Job Description
Our organization is seeking for associate agency development representative who will play key role in building and maintaining relationships with our partner agencies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth!
Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, understanding their needs and goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new business opportunities
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age :- 21 -38 years
