Job Description
Our company is seeking for customer sales service representative who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and selling our products or services to meet customer needs!
Responsibilities:-
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and suggest solutions to meet customer needs, upselling/cross-selling where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age :- 21 – 38 years
