Job Description

Role and Responsibility :

– Achieve monthly company targets

– Relationship management with agents as per target set

– Ensure month on month activation of agents as per target

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

– Opportunity to earn high incentives.

– Take customer information and update it in the database as required.

– Explain products and service features to customers

– Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members.

Requirement

– Education : Graduate

– Age : Between 22 to 38 years

– ctc : 3.20 LPA TO 4.00 LPA
