Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.

-Meet with clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable policies.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

-Establish strong relationships with staff and clients.

-Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting life products.

-Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Candidate Requirement:

-Experience: minimum of 1 years of work experience in  sales/marketing

-Preferable Age 21-37 years

-Candidate must be Local

-CTC Budget : 3 to 4 LPA + Incentive
