Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies, recruit and train representatives, and monitor performance to achieve targets.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and ensure their needs are met by the company’s solutions.
- Identify skills gaps and create training programs, coach representatives to improve performance, and ensure they’re using effective sales techniques.
- Set objectives, track progress, and analyze data to ensure sales quotas are met.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in a corporate environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate others.
- Deep understanding of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
