Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential
- Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team
- Generate leads and ensure optimal conversion ratios
- Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance products and regulations
- Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Prepare sales reports for senior management
They work closely with their team, providing training, motivation and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
- Requirements: Graduate degree
- Experience: 2 To 5 years of Field Sales & Marketing
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old.
- Needs two-wheelers
