We Are Looking For Bancassurance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Establishing a solid rapport with the Bank channel partners’ sales staff.

• Reaching your sales goals in accordance with the channel plan.

• Holding meetings with potential clients to present insurance options with the channel sales team.

• Since this is a sales position, there may be a need to travel locally to meet clients or customers at the location of a channel partner.

• Offering pre- and post-purchase assistance (claim settlement, for example).

• Ensuring consistency and quality of business.

• Making the newest digital platforms available to the channel sales team.

Candidate Profile:-

·        Every Graduate

·        21–38 Years Old

·        Leadership and team management skills.

·        Customer-oriented.

·        2 years of work experience is required, in addition to 1 year of insurance sales experience.

·        Strong Communications Skills.

·        Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
