• Create, train, and nurture a top-notch staff.
• Put sales tactics into practice to meet revenue goals.
• Organize training courses and offer continuing coaching.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with clients and agents.

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
• Any graduate / post graduate
• Any local candidate
