Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to recruit and expand the agency network.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Performance Enhancement: Improve agency productivity through coaching and support.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in business development or agency management in life insurance.
Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical abilities.
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
