Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients; present insurance solutions.
Sales Execution: Develop strategies to meet sales goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain client and agency partner relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in outside sales, preferably in life insurance.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
