Job Description
The Senior Agency Development Manager will lead and manage insurance agents to achieve sales goals, boost agency performance, and expand our network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and agency growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing agents.
- Manage and mentor Agency Development Managers.
- Monitor agent performance and address any issues.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and ensure high engagement.
- Analyze performance data and report to senior management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be a local resident.
