Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and put into practice efficient sales strategies to meet regional sales goals and company objectives.
• Find and seize fresh market opportunities for business.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with distributors, retailers, and important clients.
• To stay informed about consumer preferences, competitive activity, and industry developments, conduct market research.
• Examine sales data and provide informative reports to maximise efficiency and pinpoint areas in need of development.
• Work together with the marketing group to create ideas and promotional campaigns that will increase sales.
• Train and mentor the sales team to improve their abilities and output.
• Make sure that all corporate rules, processes, and legal requirements are followed.
• Provide support in creating the yearly marketing and sales plans.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
