Job Description
Position and Obligations:
• By supplying marketing and sales data, the marketing and sales operational goals are met.
• Makes an action plan for marketing and completes it.
• Through needs forecasting and annual budget preparation, marketing and sales budgetary targets are met.
• Manage the entire sales process by closing leads and converting them.
• Promptly and expertly address any questions, worries, or issues from clients.
• Reconcile and comprehend the needs of the client, working in tandem with the research team to deliver concepts and drafts that are most appropriate for the client.
• Close as many transactions as you can to optimise revenue generation. Work on pipeline initiatives. Negotiate and close business deals.
• Meet sales goals both individually and as a team.
• Finding the team member who needs to go.
• Maintains regular contact by visiting important accounts.
• Gathers, examines, and summarises data and patterns in order to provide information.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
