Role & responsibilities:

– Candidates will be on the payroll of organization.

– Good incentive structure

– Recruit and Train advisors.

– Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets

– Focusing on advisor and retention.

– Focus on Customer retention.

– Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix

– Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills

Candidate Requirement:

Experience: minimum of 1 years of work experience in field sales.

Education: Any Graduate.

AGE : 21 to 38 Years.

Maximum CTC: 4.00lpa
