Job Description
Responsibility:
- Develop various sources to recruit agents and build agent team and pipeline of agents
- Take steps to grow existing agents to generate new leads to recruit new agents
- Ensure product knowledge through training. prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
- Work with agent to plan and evaluate activities and goals
- Identify agent training needs and work with trainers to improve them
- Get monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
Qualifications :
- 2+ Years Field sales experience
- Graduation in any field
- Local candidate required
- Must be ok with field sales and team recruitment profile
