Job Description

Responsibility:

• Develop various sources to recruit agents and build agent team and pipeline of agents
• Take steps to grow existing agents to generate new leads to recruit new agents
• Ensure product knowledge through training. prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
• Work with agent to plan and evaluate activities and goals
• Identify agent training needs and work with trainers to improve them
• Get monthly, quarterly and annual business plans

Qualifications :

• 2+ Years Field sales experience
• Graduation in any field
• Local candidate required
• Must be ok with field sales and team recruitment profile
