Job Description

This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with banking partners, driving investment product sales, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote and sell investment products.
Provide training and support to bank staff to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Address client queries and provide personalized investment advice to meet their financial goals.

Requirements:

Candidate must be Bachelor.
Minimum 2 years of experience in investment sales or relationship management, with a strong understanding of the bancassurance model.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze investment options and provide tailored recommendations.
