Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
• Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
• Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
• Visit branches across regions to review process adherence on identified and assessable parameters.
• Customer Relationship Management: End-to-end customer relationship management including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries.
• Cross-selling product offerings to customers: Educates customer with information to build their understanding of issues and capabilities. Goes beyond their day-to-day work to assist customers positively.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with assigned dealers.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
