Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Offering new clients the bank’s and outside companies’ products.
• Travelling locally to meet new clients and carrying out marketing campaigns on a daily basis.
• Reaching out to current clients to request further deposits and expanding product cross-selling.
• Meet the organization’s daily and monthly sales goals as specified.
• Visit branches in different regions to check that the defined and measurable parameters are being followed in the process.
• Customer Relationship Management: Complete customer relationship management, which includes answering questions about sales and outlining product options.
• Cross-selling consumers on products: Provides clients with knowledge to increase their comprehension of problems and capabilities. goes above and above their regular duties in order to favourably serve clients.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Keeping up connections with designated dealers.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
