Responsibilities:-
Putting together a team of agents and life counselors using your personal references.
Lead the group in life insurance sales by inspiring and training them continuously.
A minimum of two years of field sales experience is required, in addition to the ability to put together one’s own team.
Candidate requirements:-
2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
Any graduate / post graduate
Any local candidate
