Our company is seeking for Associate recruitment & development manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:-

Using your personal references to assemble a group of life advisors and agents.
Lead the team in life insurance sales by providing ongoing training and motivation.
As well as being able to assemble their own team, candidates must to have at least two years of field sales experience.
Candidate requirements:-

2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
Any graduate / post graduate
Any local candidate
