Associate Relationship Manager

Job Description

As an Associate Relationship Manager in our Direct Channel, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute client acquisition plans.
• Provide clients with product information, policy updates, and financial advice tailored to their needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Banking products or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
