Job Description
As Relationship Manager in our Direct Channel, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute client acquisition plans.
- Provide clients with product information, policy updates, and financial advice tailored to their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Banking products or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, an interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
