Job Description

As a Branch Relationship Manager in our Direct Channel, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute client acquisition plans.
Provide clients with product information, policy updates, and financial advice tailored to their needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Banking products or financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
