Job Description

This role involves managing branch operations, leading staff, and implementing best practices to achieve service goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize daily operations of the direct channel branch, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to foster a customer-focused environment.
Develop and execute strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve complex customer issues and complaints.
Coordinate with other branches and departments to align services with company standards and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Any.
At least 1.5 years of experience in BFSI.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in analyzing performance data and implementing improvements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
