Role and responsibilities.
– Recruiting additional agents or advisors on an ongoing basis. Licensing and frequently tracking its activation.
– Handling the health retail product.
– Developing partnerships with agents.
– Make regular field visits to sell insurance products to agents and individuals.
– Coordinating with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
– Meet with Agents, Lead providers, and intermediates on a frequent basis and keep records in a systematic manner.
– Training and inspiring agents to enter contests and so generate additional income.
Candidate Requirement:
1+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 22 to 38 years
Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
