Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monthly achieve and surpass the established goals for acquiring new clients by examining their transactional banking requirements.

• Consistently provide RM input regarding opportunities and client requirements.

• Verify that selling conventions and SOPs established by the company are followed.

• Guarantee that internal policies and external laws are strictly followed. Follow the Bank’s policies and make sure you source excellent products.

• Supervise the hospital’s branding initiatives, which include developing and implementing marketing and promotion plans.

• Effectively oversee and guide the marketing team, offering direction and direction to accomplish departmental objectives.

• Making presentations or pitches explaining the advantages of products or services to prospective customers.

• Recognizing the needs of the customer and then tailoring the offerings.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
