Job Description
Position and Duties:
• Recognize the details of new products and make a good impression on dealers.
• Inform prospective corporate about how to reduce learning and development expenses, retain personnel better, and match company objectives with employees’ aspirations for upskilling.
• Arrange for important corporate decision-makers to meet with academic leaders and extend an invitation in order to build positive relationships.
• Build and maintain connections with important decision-makers at training facilities, both current and prospective.
• Evaluate prospective corporates in-depth to guarantee strategy alignment.
• Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, competitiveness, and business models.
• Keep up with market developments, rival product launches, and industry trends.
• Work together with the marketing group to put promotional plans and campaigns into action.
• Closely collaborate with the group to meet recovery goals and make a positive impact on the department’s overarching objectives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
