Roles and Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit new agency partners.
– Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency channel.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key agencies.
– Set sales goals and performance metrics for the agency channel.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
– Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
– Provide training and support to agency partners on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
– Develop and distribute sales materials and resources to support agency sales efforts.
Candidate Requirement:
1+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 22 to 38 years
Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
