Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

– Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high performing sales team.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.

– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform  sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

– Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance.

– Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.

– Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

 

Candidate Requirement:

1+ year experience any sales field

Education: Graduate

Age: Between 22 to 38 years

Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
