• Create and implement sales plans that will propel expansion and hit lofty goals.

• Agents that need aid and mentoring should receive direction, encouragement, and training.

• Cultivate enduring connections with customers: Serve customers with great quality and establish credibility.

• Be informed about current laws and trends in the industry: Ascertain that the members of your team possess up-to-date information.

Candidate Profile:-

• Any Graduate with sales and marketing/BFSI experience

• Good Communication skills

• Age 24 to 38 yrs

• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

• Must be local
