Job Description

The Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel will manage and enhance customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth by promoting our products through direct channels.
Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in BFSI Domain.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
