Roles and Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
– Prospect and secure new clients to expand the customer base.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
– Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address clients’ needs and highlight benefits.
– Stay knowledgeable about products/services to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
– Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals and meet revenue goals.
– Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
– Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
– Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Candidate Requirement:
– Education: Any Graduate
– Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
– Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI
