Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound sales calls to prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and provide information about products or services to generate interest
• Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs effectively; provide guidance and advice to potential customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions while utilizing a script
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or objections they may have
• Close sales deals by actively engaging customers, overcoming objections, and using persuasive techniques to secure commitments
• Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (LeadSquared)
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager
Candidates Requirement:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
