Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Monitoring, evaluating, and disseminating important quantitative data and business trends in accordance with company-shared dashboards.
• Hire qualified salespeople, establish team goals, mentor and train, and keep an eye on performance to make sure allotted duties and obligations are completed.
• Manage the sales team to make sure that the company’s business requirements are fulfilled by setting daily goals and often checking in with the team to assess success.
• Oversee and carry out the weekly and monthly primary and secondary goals of the organization.
• To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.
• Minimize the number of complaints you receive, and if you do, handle them well by putting the needs of your customers first.
• Giving the marketing team data analytics, insights, and market intelligence so they can start the appropriate customer outreach and promotional campaigns.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
