Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop a plan and start implementing measures to enhance the bancassurance channel.
-Establish and maintain strong bonds with bank partners.
-Collaborate with banks to identify opportunities for sales and offer specialised insurance solutions.
-Teach and counsel bank staff members on sales strategies and product knowledge.
-Report and assess sales performance on a regular basis, providing insights and reports.
-Resolve any issues or worries brought up by clients or bank partners.
– ensure compliance with business policies and procedures as well as legal requirements.
Candidate Requirement:
-A minimum of one year’s experience in any sales or marketing-related field
-Requirements: A graduation is necessary.
-CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Bonus + Additional Perquisites
-Age range: 21 to 38.
